Penny Cheng, Chainmaille Artist |
Saniki Creations is my art, my vision.
I have been creating handmade jewelry since 2009. Self taught, I started my new adventure designing beaded creations using an array of glass, crystals and semiprecious stones. My fondness for all things metal led the way to specialise in Chainmaille, a technique in which small rings are individually woven together. I teach twice a month the art of Chainmaille weaving at a bead supply store in my city. I also find time to participate in craft fairs/trade shows to sell my wares, and am an active member in various groups. I am also a devoted child and animal welfare advocate, enjoys being active in my community and to some of my close friends, just a wacky, lovable gal who would do anything for her friends.
